  • RentalRomeApartments.com is a paid service?

    No! The rates displayed on the site correspond to the total cost of the stay. Additional fees apply only in case of request for extra services such as: transportation to and from the airport, secure parking, check-in after that time, and so on.
    All prices on the website do not include the tourist tax municipal corresponding to 3.50 € per person (excluding children under 10 years of age) per night up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights in the calendar year when operated in same accommodation
  • Can I book even without a credit card?

    Yes you can! If you do not have a credit card you can pay the deposit through a bank transfer.
  • The availability of the property is updated?

    Once completed the online request booking, the availability of the property in question will be confirmed within a few hours, since the possibility exists that the availability is not updated in real time.
  • Why do you need to provide e-mail address? It will be the subject of spam or unsolicited advertising?

    Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties or used for sending email advertising. The only message you receive will be the answer to your request containing all the necessary information in order to proceed with any third party. At the end of your stay you will receive an e-mail to ask you to evaluate our service and the property where you will stay for the sole purpose of being able to improve the quality of our offer according to your suggestions.
  • I chose the option of paying by credit card: will be charged the amount of the security deposit?

    Yes! On your credit card will be charged the amount corresponding to the deposit to confirm the reservation. Once confirmed the debit transaction will receive an email with all the details of the reservation. The owner or operator of the facility booked reserves the right to use the credit card to guarantee a cancellation and eventually as a deposit on any damage. The data of the credit card are processed in accordance with the strictest safety standards on-line guaranteed by the use of an SSL certificate to double encryption level to 128 and 256 bits.
  • The "request booking" is already a payment agreement binding?

    No! In case we do not receive confirmation within the deadline (usually 24 hours), the request will not be considered without further commitments for any of the parties involved. The request will be binding only for those who choose the option of payment via credit card having already sent the data.
  • Is breakfast included?

    No! Most apartments have a kitchen full of dishes for its use.
  • Linens and towels are included?

    Yes! Linens and towels are included, unless otherwise specified in the detail of the structure.
  • What time is check in and check out?

    The arrival time must be taken out a few days before the date of entry. RentalRomeApartments.com does not provide a reception service for which in the case that you have not given an appointment with the owner is likely to incur long and unnecessary waiting.   • After check-in, there are restrictions on the times?

    No! During the stay there is any restriction.
  • At check-in, can I pay by credit card?
